Job Description:
We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to support our branch in Atlanta, GA branch.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of the administration and installation of large or specialty construction projects in the local service area
- Supervising Field Personnel
- Managing Sub-contractors
- Overseeing Projects through warranty period
- Implementing projects while reporting weekly/monthly billing
- assisting with collecting receivables
- Building relationships with architects, vendors and clientele
- Coordinates with operations and Production Managers
- Scheduling manpower and equipment resources
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Construction background or experience
- Strong work ethic
