What you'll do:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting trends research, gathering and analyzing data, and providing insights to help inform the development of our strategic business decisions. You will be working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to provide timely and accurate market intelligence, and you will be expected to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry. Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage market intelligence data collection and analysis processes.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and correlations.
Identify new data sources to support business questions, Monitor data quality and accuracy.
Prepare market share and competitive landscapes, identify and monitor key competitors and their strategies, monitor and analyze industry and competitive developments.
Analyze customer feedback and develop insights to inform product and service development.
Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities; Create reports and presentations detailing findings.
Develop tools and techniques to improve market intelligence processes, track and report on key performance indicators.
Design, develop, and implement data intelligence models, algorithms and dashboards.
Develop and maintain data and analytics systems, manage and maintain data warehouses and databases, manage data access rights and security.
Develop query processes, dashboards, and other data visualizations & stay up to date with new technologies and current trends in data intelligence.
What you need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field
5+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, and/or competitive intelligence.
Proven track record of utilizing data to drive strategic decisions.
Experience with market research techniques and tools, such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other analytics tools.
Ability to effectively present market intelligence findings and insights to key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
