Chitra is looking for Instructors/Writers for the Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC) course to support for the Army Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower, GA.

Top Secret Clearance / SCI Eligibility
Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files; knowledge management applications e.g., SharePoint and Blackboard.
Possess pedagogical/andragogical content knowledge, defined as the ability to recognize student mistakes, why they may have made those mistakes, and how to get students back on track from where they are.
Able to diagnose underlying student misconceptions and misunderstandings from the mistakes they make and then help them correct those misconceptions and misunderstandings instead of merely addressing the mistakes themselves.
Possess advanced presentation speaking skills (e.g., tailoring content and delivery for different audiences, presenting confidently to large or small groups, and using more creative approaches to presenting).
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (Any IAT Level 2 certification or higher)
AND
Be a graduate from one of the following Army's 17 series MOS/AOC producing courses: 17C AIT, 17A BOLC or CyOOC, or 170A WOBC,
OR
Graduate of Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC) functional course.
OR
Graduate of Computer Network Operations Qualification Course (CNOQC).
OR
Hold Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Certification.
