Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Company President to provide comprehensive administrative support, including bookkeeping, managing the office's day-to-day operations, and handling the president's schedule, digital correspondence, and meeting agendas, among other tasks.

  • Administrative support to the President.
  • Assist with journal entries, general ledger entries, and other clerical bookkeeping tasks.
  • Handling the President's schedule and digital correspondence.
  • Assisting in bookkeeping duties and generating financial reports.
  • Facilitating communication within the business and with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide support services to the broader executive team as required.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior bookkeeping experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in adhering to and managing strict confidentiality requirements is required.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
