Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Company President to provide comprehensive administrative support, including bookkeeping, managing the office's day-to-day operations, and handling the president's schedule, digital correspondence, and meeting agendas, among other tasks.
Administrative support to the President.
Assist with journal entries, general ledger entries, and other clerical bookkeeping tasks.
Handling the President's schedule and digital correspondence.
Assisting in bookkeeping duties and generating financial reports.
Facilitating communication within the business and with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Provide support services to the broader executive team as required.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior bookkeeping experience is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in adhering to and managing strict confidentiality requirements is required.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
