Job Description:

Kennedy Richter Construction is a dynamic and growing organization located in North Charleston, SC. We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team and provide crucial support in daily office operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

o Welcome and direct all visitors and customers
• Announce guests as needed

o Direct phone calls, emails, correspondence, and other inquires
• Sort and distribute daily mail
• Maintain filing system (physical and electronic)

o Subpoena management; ensuring all documents are executed into workflow accordingly

o Fleet Manager: management of company's vehicles
• Acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles
• Assign/log fleet identification number (FIN)
• Vehicle Insurance/compliance
• Maintenance tracking to ensure all maintenance and recalls are completed
• License plates, tags and renewals
• Drivers Safety Training and checklist

o Vendor compliance lead
• Liaison for Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Conduit for all KRC locations

o Office supply management and inventory control
• Manage office supply log, ensuring all office supplies are stocked
• Research deals and suppliers

o Maintain Office Security
• Troubleshoot as needed

o Office equipment management
• Investigate issues and/or schedule maintenance
• Research and purchase new equipment as needed

o Organize and schedule Outlook calendar appointments and meetings
• Travel arrangements

o Provide administrative support to staff as needed

o Assist with coordinating company events and meetings
• Arrange catering
• Collaborate and assist with any additional event items required

Qualifications:

o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

o High School Diploma

o Valid driver's license

o Effective interpersonal skills

o Excellent written and verbal acumen

o Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

o Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
