We opened our flagship location in SoHo at 32 Mercer Street in November 2021 and have since rapidly expanded to Williamsburg, West Village, and Nashville (Wedgewood Houston, South Gulch), with more sites slated to open by the end of this year, including Austin, TX, NoMad and Savannah, GA.

As we continue to facilitate the future of work and grow The Malin brand across North America, we are looking for a highly effective, and ambitious hospitality professional to join our team.

Position Summary:

As a part of the Member Resource team, your role is integral to the member experience at The Malin and responsible for establishing meaningful relationships with members, providing best-in-class service, and maintaining a seamless operation of the space. This is a full-time position and requires on-site presence.

An ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional hospitality and a strong desire to develop an understanding of the comprehensive business. This role presents a great opportunity for accelerated growth and progression during an exciting time for an early stage company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Support: Serve as the primary resource for on-site support, demonstrating a deep knowledge of The Malin brand and its offerings. Act as the first point of contact for members, addressing their unique needs and work styles to provide tailored solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the maintenance of the space, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness and appropriate use of various areas. Manage meeting room bookings and related requests.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver best-in-class hospitality and service, including specialized tasks as designated by the General Manager. Assist with troubleshooting technical, operational, and facilities-related issues as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring efficient communication. Support all general day-to-day operational needs with guidance from management.

  • Operational Excellence: Ability to maintain seamless operations and uphold brand standards.
