Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians for routine maintenance and emergency service calls, optimizing schedules for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication with clients and field teams.
Accurately create, assign, and manage work orders, ensuring all service records are properly documented for billing and reporting purposes.
Support HVAC technicians with essential information, such as equipment details, work locations, and job priorities, to ensure smooth operations.
Track and report on service metrics, including response times and completion rates, and work with the team to identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of dispatch experience within a commercial mechanical contracting environment, demonstrating expertise in HVAC operations and service coordination.
Proficiency with scheduling and dispatch software, along with a solid understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and typical service requirements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to manage client expectations and provide high levels of customer service, creating a positive experience in every interaction.
Strong preference for candidates with a stable work history and familiarity with the Phoenix, AZ, market.
