We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for our client, a boutique commercial real estate agency, located in Downtown Charleston. In this role you will support multiple brokers, agents, and property managers by managing all administrative and marketing tasks for the office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling client meetings, assisting in preparation of correspondence for tenants, creating marketing materials for print and online advertising, managing property listings, planning company events, answering phones, receiving mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
Experience in a real estate or property management office is required along with proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Adobe. This is a fully on-site position (in Downtown Charleston) Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
