Primary Recruiting Services - Supply Chain

Title: Procurement and Inventory Lead

Location: Easton, MD

Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 + Bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare purchase orders for review and input.
• Prepare inventory reports, analyze inventory levels for replenishment
• Update inventory maintenance files.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Reconcile backorders with the manufacturers.
• Acquire all product specifications either from the manufacturer or through product review.
• Update and enter product information in the computer system. Research product discrepancies and update operations.
• Building 3 month rolling forecast for inventory planning
• Enter ad manage purchase orders
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate material pricing

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related major preferred, not required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing and sourcing experience
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
