Field Service Representative (Military Health) - Join a Dynamic Team Supporting Critical DoD Medical Operations

We are seeking a motivated, problem-solving Field Service Representative to join our team, supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) with cutting-edge medical systems and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in enhancing mission-critical operations, collaborating with diverse teams, and providing hands-on support for dynamic and impactful solutions.
What You'll Do:
Provide Expert Onsite Training: Deliver training on applications and systems to client staff, ensuring smooth integration and operation within their workflows.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Help Desk, Cloud, Development, and Data Engineering Teams to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate and Support: Assist client teams with deployments, site visits, training exercises, and other operational needs. Be the bridge between the end users and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
Innovative Solutions for End Users: Work directly with end users to implement applications into daily operations, tailored to the specific needs of each command or service.
Be a Critical Problem Solver: Identify gaps in information and create innovative solutions to address these challenges using a Common Operating Picture (COP). Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and track issues with precision.
Travel: You will have the opportunity to travel 10%-25% to client sites for training, site visits, and operational support.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience, such as an Associate Degree + 10 years of relevant experience).
2+ years of experience supporting DoD medical planning and execution (preferred: familiarity with DoD medical systems like TRAC2ES, TMDS, JMAR, CAREPOINT).
Technical & Communication Skills:
Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially in resolving basic computer access issues (e.g., clearing cache).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Team Player:
A desire to learn new technologies and share that knowledge with others.
Comfort with providing both one-on-one and small group training sessions.
Flexibility and willingness to work occasional long hours or weekends as needed.
Clearance & Availability:
Active DoD Secret clearance
This is an onsite role in Colorado Springs, CO, working directly with the end users 5 days a week.
