Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
Working with the Process Governance team on the transition from Remedy to Service Now. They already have people building the processes - this role looks at the process world as they design requirements for how they're going to manage databases or Mainframe and helps stand them up. They will be responsible for taking meeting minutes, looking at metrics, reading reports and translating those into actionable solutions. Soft skills are the biggest piece of the role.
