About the Role:

As the Director of Accreditation, you will be pivotal in maintaining and advancing the accreditation standards of UK HealthCare's GME programs. Working in partnership with program directors and GME leaders, you'll support and oversee accreditation processes, ensuring programs meet and exceed expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Accreditation Oversight & Consultation: Provide expert guidance and training on accreditation standards for program directors and coordinators. Act as the primary liaison with ACGME and other accrediting bodies to maintain compliance.

  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Lead data-driven processes to track, monitor, and enhance compliance. Develop tools and systems to streamline accreditation activities and ensure accuracy in reporting.

  • Innovation in GME Program Development: Consult with new programs on compliance and standards, support program expansion, and lead workshops for program leadership. Your expertise will directly shape the future of GME training at UK.

  • National & Local Collaboration: Represent UK GME at local and national forums, keeping the institution informed of regulatory changes, challenges, and best practices in accreditation.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced accreditation or higher education experience preferred.
