A client of Insight Global is building out their onsite helpdesk / desktop support team. Team members will be working emails, answering phone calls, Fresh Service for tickets. They will be doing remote and in-person, hands-on support. Tasks include full-service helpdesk/desktop support - user access, password resets, application support. Need a great attitude and customer services skills - will train you on technical skills. Looking for future employees who want to grow with the company long term.
