W2 Pay Rate (Minimum to Maximum) -$70-$75

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager in our Englewood, CO location. As the selected candidate, you will successfully manage software development projects for our internal and customer facing capabilities in the areas of software product support and services for our global team. Projects involve the use of the Salesforce platform and include integrations with other systems and require close attention and delivery through effective planning, scheduling and controlling.

Job Duties -Project / Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project approach (schedule or program increment) for complex projects by identifying and monitoring: overall timeline, milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, and task dependencies.

Supports determination of project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle.

Leads project team's daily responsibilities, including prioritization of critical path tasks and monitoring progress.

Cross Functional Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, Boeing and Jeppesen vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. Facilitation of and support in rolling out best practices to the team.

Issue / Risk Management: Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions.

Scope: Ensures the project remains focused on key objectives and goals. Develop and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas are engaged on the project.

Communication Management: Create and maintain a communication plan.

Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured.

Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals.

Participates in creation of and oversees progress of supplier contracts and activities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project as well as Jira for use in agile projects

REQUIRED

5+ years of experience in Project Management of complex technical software projects

7+ years of experience total in Project Management

Experience negotiating changes to project baselines. Conducts design reviews. Coordinates and oversees supplier activities

Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams

Experience interfacing and communicating with business leadership

3+ years' experience with agile software development methodology, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum, is desired.

Ability to facilitate large meetings with diverse groups and opinions and drive to results

Experience with Microsoft project and/or Primavera

Scrum master experience

Experience working within large enterprise programs

Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Management and experience managing a support or services team is a plus

Experience implementing and coaching software development teams and business organizations in agile methodologies

Desired Skills & Experience - Salesforce platform and projects leveraging the platform are a plus (Experience Cloud)
