The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Work directly with the team to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
Maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the team.
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
Schedule departmental meetings and assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials, if needed.
Maintain various records and documents.
Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or executives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum five years' prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
