Our client is seeking an Office Administrator/Business Operations Coordinator for a 6 months contract on W2 with possibilities to convert into fulltime. This role is onsite to Boston, MA 02114.
Resource's typical working day:
Materials handler & Event handler
Labor intensive
Setting up areas for events
Moving airwall
Moving shipping boxes from shipping and receiving
Doing walk throughs
Shredding Shoes in shoe shredder
Being on feet all day
Introduction to facilities work
Priority is events setup
Setting up rooms based on provided pictures
Go back and forth to supply closet
Setup space with chairs/tables
Review room if any cleaning is needed; inform correct teams if so
Reviewing shoe shredders, if needing to be moved to shipping if full
Review needs with facilities team
Walk vendors into the building, escort them
Walk floors, check for anything broken, leaks, etc. General audit.
Years of Experience needed: 1-2 Customer Service Exp preferred
Level of Education: HS Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Some general computer proficiency
