The Role:
As an MDM Product Manager focused on People Data, you will own and optimize master data models, technologies, and practices for effective data governance. Your work will empower the HR team with robust, secure, and scalable data solutions that support people analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize and develop data solutions that meet HR's analytical needs, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.
Design and maintain data models and data warehouse architecture aligned with HR analytics strategy.
Partner with HR leadership to ensure data solutions support strategic initiatives, creating scalable data resources for advanced analytics.
Oversee employee master data, ensuring alignment with data governance standards and driving adoption of best practices in data stewardship.
Communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management, to align on objectives, roadmaps, and results.
Experience & Skills:
5+ years in HR analytics, with a focus on enterprise-scale data products and master data management.
Hands-on experience with MDM tools, data quality practices, and governance in data management.
Skilled in data modeling, HR systems, and data interpretation, with proficiency in SQL or Python, and Tableau.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and accountability for data assets
