We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role will prioritize maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, focusing on achieving order accuracy, meeting productivity standards, and managing effective product flow throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of warehouse systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role is essential to meeting customer expectations and supporting overall business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Oversee all daily fulfillment operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve order fulfillment processes to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement and monitor compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage staffing needs in partnership with HR, including recruiting, hiring, and scheduling, to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts.
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and cross-training of team members to maximize flexibility and effectiveness across the facility.
  • Supervise, coach, and provide regular feedback to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
  • Ensure the fulfillment center meets OSHA standards and adheres to other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, and attendance of team members, identifying and implementing strategies to maintain high performance.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment management; experience with apparel inventory or e-commerce warehousing is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other warehouse-related compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in RF technology for warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting (up to 15 pounds).
  • Willingness to work at least one weekend day as part of a 40-hour work week.
  • Fulfillment operations run from X AM to X PM Monday-Friday and X AM to X PM Saturday-Sunday.
