The Marketing Manager develops, coordinates, supports, and executes marketing campaigns. In this role you report to the owner of the company. This is an IC role working with outside agencies. They have been outsourcing all of Marketing and want to bring it in house. This role will also support content strategy and creation across various mediums, such as print, videos, websites, social media and in-person events. This role involves understanding the brand's voice, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging while maintaining consistency with the target audience. This position is responsible for deployment and daily management of marketing. This is a B2B Marketing role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy and branding. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Stay updated on industry best practices.
Contribute to the Marketing's special projects as requested and other duties as assigned
Copy-editing and proofreading of all marketing materials and communication
Experience in utilizing social media to create brand awareness, engage clients, and facilitate public relations and awareness
Have the creative eye and the ability to update simple graphic
Have a keen eye for what "looks good" in presentations, in marketing materials, and on social media accounts
Monitor online accounts, update store hours and simple data on (Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
