Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
Assists with data analysis
Offers skilled administrative support focused on research compliance.
Manages essential regulatory tasks, including obtaining necessary signatures, maintaining and organizing master regulatory files (both physical and electronic), and coordinating with study monitors.
Oversees regulatory and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.
Ensures that all compliance documentation is current, accessible, and aligned with regulatory requirements, facilitating smoother and more compliant research operations.
General Responsibilities
Provides experienced administrative support to assist research compliance efforts.
Ensures compliance program quality assurance protocols are followed for proper record-keeping and accurate data collection and other administrative activities.
Maintains a complex data base; ensures data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Processes and prepares various research reports (such as submissions and approvals of research studies).
Appropriately responds to various administrative inquiries.
May provide guidance or lead less experienced compliance staff.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

2 years of office experience, including database administration

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. Advertised Salary
$39,000 - $45,760 per year based on experience and internal equity.
