Volt is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic in Bridgeton, NJ.
As a Maintenance Mechanic you will:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity for 3rd Shift: 6:00PM - 6:30AM on a 2-2-3-2 schedule (12-hour shifts)
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Rate: $34.50 per hour + $0.75 cent shift differential.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
