The Boeing Company is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Provide education and coaching on the Quality System
May make airworthiness and supplier quality determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Acquire and manage resources and leads process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Manage, develop and motivate employees
Domestic travel will be required up to 25% based on business needs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Master's degree or higher in engineering, business or technical field
Previous experience with Quality Management systems

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
