Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Support Analyst in Mooresville, NC.

Responsibilities:
Bridging the gap between marketing and IT to manage and optimize tools like Aha! and Workfront. This role involves system administration, advising on tool capabilities, and supporting transitions and testing of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer marketing tools (e.g., setting up accounts, reporting, best practices)


• Liaise between Marketing and IT to ensure seamless communication


• Test and support new features; assist in transitioning from Workfront to an in-house solution


• Identify workflow improvements and advise on tool usage

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ months of experience with marketing tools and reporting


• Strong communication and tech-savvy skills


• Marketing background preferred but not required


• Independent, curious, and adaptable mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
