Kforce is looking for an experience Technical Product Owner/Manager for a client in Dallas. The Technical Product Manager will be working with a global team (US, EU, Asia) team supporting B2B ecommerce in the Digital Analytic group. This person will be joining a high functioning team working on Data centric products and we are needing someone who can ramp up quickly.
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds
Gain a sustainable understanding of the data landscape and opportunities at the company through research, experimentation, and constant interaction with vendors and business stakeholders
Develop a forward-reaching roadmap for curated data assets required to provide high quality descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive data solutions
Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams to launch new data products and features, test their impact, then iterate quickly
REQUIREMENTS:
Agile or SAFe certification will be appreciated but not mandatory
5+ years of relevant experience in a product management role, FIRM, preferably in eCommerce and/or data and in an international environment
Strong general Product Owner experience (forsight, plans, roadmaps, etc.) working on the business not in the business
Heavy data centric; Experience with Analytics such as Web Analytics and/or B2B
Background in data-intensive applications, data visualization and ETL pipelines.
Excellent communication abilities
Strong sense of Ownership
Able to help people make decisions
Has a Big Picture mentality
Experience with BI tools and Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Power BI
Experience with electric distribution or retail in a B2B setting is appreciated
Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle
You must possess a unique blend of technical understanding and business acumen to articulate a high level vision then drive towards tangible outcomes
You should be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, leading without authority and managing ambiguity and complexity
You are a strong writer and speaker able to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and through a variety of media
You are a strategic thinker capable of helping translate goals into actionable tasks. prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with cross-functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
