Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager II in Dallas, TX.

Summary:

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program


• Oversees all aspects of projects


• Sets deadlines, monitors, reports, analyzes and summarizes progress of project/program


• Prepares reports for financial submission and upper management regarding status of project/program

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience required


• Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area may be required


• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures


• Excel experience


• Financial Incentives management experience


• Data Analysis experience


• Previous Project/Program Management


• Strong MS Office Suite experience specifically with Excel


• Experience with financial incentives management


• Limited data analysis experience will helpful

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
