As a Sedgwick Government Solutions team member the Manager, Network Access Coordination will be responsible for leading cross-organizational strategies to improve how SGS business units engage with the provider network on behalf of members of the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program. Specifically, the Lead will create, deploy, and supervise standardized approaches to locate, vet, educate, schedule, and interact with network providers leading to improved efficiencies and member experience,


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Provider Engagement and Scheduling team.
  • Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of team functions described above.
  • Responsible for interacting with providers and members to ensure compliance with any regulatory and/or client-specific requirements
  • Responsible for the Quality Assurance aspect of the functions described above
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards for the team and create methods to improve quality and productivity
  • Produce management reports for Senior Management
  • Collaborate with other departments, including but not limited to Provider Network Management, Case Management, Diagnostics, Member Services, and Provider Services to ensure a systems approach to addressing challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the process owner for all aspects of provider vetting, outreach, education, and scheduling.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned
  • Offer regular feedback through coaching sessions and evaluations to help employees develop necessary skills and enhance their performance.
  • Resolve employee conflicts using problem-solving and conflict management strategies, making informed decisions and communicating them clearly.
  • Counsel employees on performance and behavior, apply disciplinary procedures, and coordinate terminations with HR.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing degree a plus.
  • Clinical, business, or operations degree or professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
  • Four (4) years of administrative and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • One (1) year of direct experience supporting the World Trade Center National Provider Network program is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Call Center and/or Provider Relations environment is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership acumen and problem-solving skills required.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Care Conduit is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong investigation and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority through the employment of strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • US Citizen
