As a Recruiting Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process, working closely with our North America recruitment team to ensure a fair, efficient, and positive experience for applicants and hiring teams. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage background checks and pre-employment processes, and actively source top talent for our growing company. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced team members, and contribute to our company’s success!

In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive the Background Check Process: Initiate and monitor background checks to ensure successful completion before start dates.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Arrange interviews with both local and international hiring managers and candidates.
  • Source Top Talent: Use job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake to attract and identify top candidates for our open roles.
  • Collaborate with Vendors: Partner with our external background check vendor, HireRight, to track progress and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Screen Candidates Across the U.S. and Canada: Identify and screen candidates for various roles in our U.S. and Canadian offices.
  • Enhance Recruitment Collateral: Create and update materials like internal referral blasts and LinkedIn postings.
  • Represent Us at Events: Attend college career fairs and other external events to represent the ISS Stoxx recruitment team.
  • Collaborate Internationally: Partner with our internationally based Recruiting Onboarding Coordinators to develop processes and procedures.
  • Manage Offer Letters: Negotiate terms, generate offer letters, and distribute them to selected candidates.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Use our ATS (Workday) to keep all recruitment data accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support Hiring Managers: Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate on Onboarding: Work closely with the HR team to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Provide support with various tasks and office duties as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment or HR within a professional setting. Agency recruiting or sourcing experience is a plus!
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Vendor Management: At least 1 year of experience with background check vendors (HireRight experience is preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms, especially Workday.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experience levels.
  • Attention to Detail & Initiative: Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute to team projects.
  • Curiosity and Learning Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and willingness to share knowledge to enhance our recruitment team.

This role is based in Rockville, MD.

  • The Rockville office located is one mile from the Shady Grove Red Line metro station, with free shuttle service between the metro and office.

?Base salary: The Rockville, MD expected base pay range is $55,000- $65,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
