Payroll Supervisor at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Round Rock, Texas

Job Description:

Our client in the Round Rock area is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their payroll team!



The Payroll Supervisor will have experience in the following:

• Supervise payroll processing 1500 employees on a bi-weekly basis


• Perform payroll reconciliations and adjustments to develop reports


• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner


• Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements


• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to coordinate payroll changes, benefits, and deductions


• Maintain working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to implement necessary adjustments to company processes


• Experience in ADP Workforce Now is a plus
