Support special operations forces by contributing to logistics and ground support systems that ensure the readiness and effectiveness of elite units. This role provides the chance to support high-priority missions, offering insights into the logistics and sustainment of critical defense operations.
Responsibilities:
Escort approved visitors throughout the facility.
Perform general building and equipment maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and lawn care.
Operate and perform operator maintenance on gardening and grounds care equipment.
Report higher-level equipment maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel.
Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt management.
Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Qualifications:
Education and Clearance: Secret clearance required at start; U.S. citizenship required.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in general building and equipment maintenance.
Skills: Practical skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, masonry, or lawn care.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.
Ability to climb ladders up to two stories.
