Lead the implementation of new HRIS systems or upgrades (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide technical support.
Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, including onboarding and payroll.
Develop and implement automated workflows and integrate HRIS with other business systems.
Conduct data audits and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
Benefits Administration:
Design and manage competitive benefits packages aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and negotiate with benefit providers for favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
Oversee benefit plan audits and assist with compensation programs as needed.
Enrollment and Administration:
Manage employee benefit enrollments, changes, and claims.
Support employees in understanding their benefits options and coordinate open enrollment.
HR Support:
Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
Assist in onboarding new full-time employees.
Lead the Bailey Wellness Committee.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration and benefits management.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus!
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Knowledge of federal and multi-state regulations regarding employee benefits.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present information effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across departments and a commitment to continuous learning
