Prepare detailed documentation to facilitate project production according to client specifications, including product details, pricing, delivery schedules, quantities, and other requirements as outlined by internal teams.
Receive and accurately document customer orders within assigned product categories.
Generate, review, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly order reports to clients as needed.
Manage and process requests for quotes and proposals for sales personnel and designated clients, ensuring timely responses aligned with client expectations.
Coordinate and follow up on installation schedules and requirements as necessary.
Monitor client orders and change requests, proactively addressing potential issues and communicating updates to clients, sales teams, and production departments.
Handle customer complaints related to the business unit, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate cost allocation when applicable.
Evaluate and recommend process improvements within the plant to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or higher required.
1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Ability to cross-train in various roles to support professional growth.
Strong leadership abilities and sound decision-making skills.
Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn.
