We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with data entry and data clean-up projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Conduct data clean-up projects to ensure the integrity and quality of our databases.

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of electronic files and records.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

  • Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members regarding data-related issues.

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiar with data management software.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:



  • Flexible part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of hybrid work schedule.
