Job Description:

Job Duties

• Process permits and supporting documents for residential and commercial building projects.


• Provide first point of contact for walk-in customers.


• Respond to businesses and contractor's inquiries by phone, fax, email, and in-person.


• Process mail and walk-in requests from customers.


• Assist with the office with a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, mail distribution, incoming phone calls, etc.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.


• Three years of administrative work experience


• Professional communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  Pay Range: $23-25/hr.

  Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm


• 
  Location: 100% in-office


• 
  Length: 3-month contract
