About This RoleWe are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced performance marketer to lead development and execution of all company customer acquisition channels, specifically paid ads on Meta and performance affiliate partnerships.As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will play an integral role in building strategic advertising angles, monitoring ongoing performance metrics and implementing recommendations to ensure continuous performance. You will work cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, eCommerce, partnerships and social media teams to achieve business goals. Interest and passion for the healthy and wellness industry is a must!Key Responsibilities: Lead in-house and external teams to maintain key performance indicators and implement marketing spending strategies, including campaign optimization, bid management, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and testing.Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a primary focus on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and emerging social platforms.Oversee the paid social creative process, from concept development and briefing to final refinement, generating a high volume of ad creatives to fuel campaigns.Partner with the influencer marketing team to create user-generated content (UGC) ads that convert.Manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and retention.Monitor and ensure accurate attribution and tracking through tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other marketing platforms.Regularly conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform creative and campaign strategies.Identify performance trends and recognize when strategies need adjustment, employing a testing-centered mindset to decide when to double down or pivot.Analyze performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization across media, creatives, and landing pages.Develop and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient spending.Monitor and report on KPIs and campaign performance, providing weekly and monthly updates to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.Continuously develop and present forward-looking performance marketing campaign strategies to leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, lifecycle, ecommerce, and partnerships) to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Work closely with the partnerships team to implement successful influencer and affiliate campaigns and allocate budget based on performance.Identify high performing partnerships where whitelisting paid advertising can be implemented in order to scale individuals' performance.Regularly monitor partnership audiences and utilize expansion of prospecting into these audiences using paid advertising.Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing performance marketing channels.Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and affiliate marketing tools.Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV etc.) and ability to dissect problems and make quick decisions based on data analysis.Proficient in google suite: docs, sheets, etc.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Key Skills:Paid social strategy and execution (emphasis on Facebook and Instagram Ads)Influencer and affiliate partnership managementBudget management and campaign optimizationData analysis and performance reportingStrong project management and organizational skills
