Prekindle is a small, dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the mid-market ticketing space. We prioritize our customers' success above all else, striving to help them grow their businesses while reducing friction. Our mission is to be more than just a service provider; we aim to be true partners who work with empathy, kindness, and transparency. By being proactive problem solvers and genuinely caring about our clients, we build trust and create meaningful experiences for everyone we work with.

Why it matters
In an age where technology is rapidly advancing, and genuine connections can sometimes feel harder to foster, it is more important than ever to facilitate communities and meaningful connections through experiences that recharge the human spirit. At Prekindle, we believe that live events are powerful opportunities to bring people together, create shared memories, and uplift our collective well-being.
For Our Partners
We understand that our partners-promoters, venues, and more-wear many hats every day and need to adapt quickly to constant changes. By helping them manage change and removing day-to-day friction, we empower our partners to succeed and become advocates for Prekindle's brand.
For Our Event-Goers
Our event-goers need seamless access to tickets for events they will love, and our role is to ensure discovering, experimenting, and attending shows is a smooth, frustration-free experience. Low-friction access to events and ticket purchasing should always be effortless.
