*OVERNIGHT SHIFT* Description: The primary focus is to provide timely, professional technical support to end users for issues and questions related to applications, computer, network, telecom, and point of sale systems. This individual is responsible for managing Help Desk tickets from initial contact through resolution, including the escalation of tickets to other team members, as necessary. This position is expected to follow up with end users appropriately throughout the communication and resolution process. Candidates will support internal users as well as users within their store and retail locations. Skills: Help desk, Support, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Service desk, Windows 10, Active directory, Phone support, Office 365, Hardware, Password reset, Microsoft office Top Skills Details: Help desk, Support, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Service desk Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Provide timely professional technical support to end users for all applications, computer, network and telecom systems by managing Service Desk tickets from initial contact through resolution, escalating to other resources as necessary and following up with the end users appropriately throughout the communication and resolution process. • Log incoming support requests in a timely fashion, and update with appropriate, and accurate detail following pre-defined standards. • Perform proactive & reactive monitoring of networked devices through monitoring tools, and monitor and react to website performance alerts and issues. • Collaborate with Service Desk team members during planned and unplanned outages, including sending regular updates to key store leadership and leadership to ensure they are aware of current outages until resolution. Collaborate with, and work on projects as assigned by your supervisor, or in collaboration with other IT team members.
