Salary/Hourly Rate $20/hr - $26/hr
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with a solid background in QuickBooks and a passion for the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage essential financial tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Construction experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities Of The Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and process payroll on a regular basis.
The Bookkeeper will maintain organized records for financial transactions and produce reports as needed.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
The Bookkeeper will coordinate with project managers to track expenses and project costs accurately.
Qualifications For The Bookkeeper
Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
Must have experience using QuickBooks.
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must be good with Excel.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional education in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
