Provide leadership and mentoring to the civil and structural engineering services personnel in consultation with the Manager and Assistant Managers of the Engineering Department. Serves as technical expert in subject area of structural engineering practices to project teams developing proposals and recommendations for consideration by CSI management. Advises management staff on engineering projects and technical factors restricting or limiting operating departmental proposals.
Manages projects including planning, construction, operations, and maintenance activities at site.
Performs engineering studies of building and equipment layouts, to determine optimum arrangements, based on analysis of operating and capital costs, processing yields and losses, in process time, and manpower costs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus in Structural Design.
2-3 years of experiences of structural design experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Licensed as a Civil Professional Engineer in the State of California.
