Meet the team:


The Enterprise Product Go-to-Market (GTM) team acts as the strategic launch and commercial readiness group within Enterprise PSP and VAS Product (Braintree, RaaS, and Payouts) organization at PayPal. The team is focused on bringing new and enhanced products and features to market that increases our enterprise platform value proposition for our merchants. The team is relied upon to drive product commercial readiness, spearhead critical operational processes, and act as a partner and oversight body for our product areas.

As an intern in the PayPal Braintree Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will have the chance to define and enhance the value of products that some of the biggest companies on the planet depend on every day. Throughout your internship, you'll be part of a highly cross-functional and visible team, and will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to drive commercial success for our enterprise solutions. You will help define and refine a product's messaging and positioning from ideation to launch, infusing customer/merchant insights along the way to help ensure commercial success.

Your day-to-day:


In this internship, you will work on a variety of projects and support the go-to-market efforts of our top enterprise products. Throughout the summer you will:




  • Create product messaging/positioning backed by data, customer/market insights, and product capabilities






  • Help develop a go-to-market strategy and craft a clear end-to-end launch strategy for your product area inclusive of enablement, training, marketing content, and operational readiness






  • Coordinate with our marketing and communications teams to drive external awareness and campaigns






  • Collaborate with merchant-facing teams (Sales, Support, etc.) to create enablement materials and drive adoption

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all facets of your product area, payments, and technology






  • Detail oriented, with attention to nuances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces






  • Keen listener with recognition that success is rooted in understanding






  • Strong communicator who takes their job seriously but does not take themself too seriously






  • Action oriented with ability to execute and an eye for problem-solving, streamlining processes, and building to scale






  • Willingness, ability, and desire to periodically travel





Internship Program Information and Requirements:




  • This is a Summer 2025 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2025 internships are not available.






  • Must currently be pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field from an accredited college or university.






  • Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2025.






  • Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program.






  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.
