Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in building retail projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as a lead superintendent. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a lead superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in retail projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

- Employment is contingent upon successful passing of a hair follicle drug screening.
