Volt is immediate hiring for a Regional Service Manager in Denver, CO.
As a Regional Service Manager, you will:
Lead the team in delivering exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Manage the service group's expenses, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints
Create comprehensive service plans that address customer needs and drive business growth
Coordinate and leverage corporate resources to empower the service team
Drive team performance and reporting to meet company standards
Enhance the technical and commercial capabilities of service representatives, supporting sales efforts and driving business growth
Share valuable market insights, including competitive intelligence and emerging trends
Build and nurture strong relationships with sales managers to foster collaboration
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer and sales support
Support the team in providing comprehensive service to diverse customers across various product lines
Guide the team in effectively reporting, documenting, and communicating findings, anomalies, and recommendations
Apply advanced technical knowledge to assist the team in troubleshooting customer problems and enhancing processes
Promote open communication and teamwork to drive operational excellence
Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and guidance
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Requires up to 50% travel, including overnight trips; company car or truck will be provided
Territory covers Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
Minimum of 5 years of technical service or management experience in the chemical/industrial industry
Strong mechanical skills and comprehensive understanding of product applications
Proven leadership and coaching skills to drive exceptional service delivery
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail
Ability to think critically and strategically to solve complex problems
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing team goals
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
