Will work on integrations with internal and external systems & applications while providing technical guidance for Workday HCM and Payroll
Project Details:
Design and implement requirements in Workday HCM solution
Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions
Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping
Manage and maintain global Workday implementation scope
Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Job Experience:
Deep knowledge and expertise of ancillary systems & HR system operations
Twelve (12) or more years of progressively responsible and directly-related work experience
Preferred qualifications include a Master's level degree along with six (6) plus years of Workday experience
Qualifications should also include specialty certification in relevant Business & Finance related applications/technologies.
