The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
JOB INPUTS
Communicates with Fleet Managers to approve or deny accident repairs.
Reviews high cost repairs with Fleet Management and service providers.
Reviews and issues purchase orders to National Account providers and independent shops.
Monitors repair progress and expedites as appropriate.
Builds reports to monitor vehicle activity.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
ASE Certifications or iCar Certifications a plus, but not required.
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
1-3 years' body shop experience preferred
Some auto/truck body repair expertise is preferred.

Knowledgeable of ARI's fleet management programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a group
Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills; attention to detail required
Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks

Responds to non-standard requests from customers; investigates with assistance from others as needed
Outputs:
Vehicle repairs are followed up on consistently and in a timely manner.
Communication with the fleet managers and body shops is frequent and informative.
Best judgment is used to negotiate better pricing and/or make approvals on behalf of the customer.
Communication is timely with total losses and all other exceptions.
Vehicle repairs are done as quickly and cost-effectively as possible to reduce downtime and expense.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.86 - $33.15 USD per hour.
