Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Green Bay, WI. As a key player in our food distribution operations, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related financial transactions. This role is integral to maintaining strong supplier relationships and upholding the financial integrity of our growing company.


Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Invoice Processing: Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


• 
  Payment Management: Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments.


• 
  Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies promptly.


• 
  Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, ensuring professional and efficient communication.


• 
  Expense Reporting: Assist in processing employee expense reports and verifying compliance with company policies.


• 
  Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable activities for audits and reporting purposes.
