Project Manager - Cooler



Location: Austin, TX 78703 (full-time onsite)


Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm


Pay: $30 - $36/hr DOE


Duration: 6-monts - 1 year


**Must be able to pass a background check


An industry leading grocer is seeking a Project Manager - Cooler contractor to join their team. This individual will be responsible for liaising with a Vendor/Supplier to coordinate the installation of branded coolers into multiple store locations across the nation.


• Project scope and timeline documentation


• Project tracking


• WFM New Item Setup and Paperwork


• Inventory Planning/Forecasting Coordination


• Distributor Coordination with UNFI (our 3rd party distributor)


• Store Construction and 3rd Party Install Scheduling/Coordination


• Broad Stakeholder Communications to Store Team Members, Operations Leadership, and Merchandising Partner Teams



Qualifications:



• Bachelors degree preferred


• 2+ years previous project management experience


• Strong communication both with internal and external teams


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
