What You'll Do:
- Take charge of daily accounting operations with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize financial workflows and support strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with a manufacturing background (bonus points if you've handled complex cost accounting).
- A knack for problem-solving and a passion for precision.
- A collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
