Location: Vista, CA (Hybrid schedule - approx. 50% in office)
Schedule: 9 working hours Mon-Thursday, half-day Fridays
Pay: $150-160k

Responsibilities:
Manages software development activities. This includes analyses, product design, coordination of project estimates, development, testing, documentation, release and deployment efforts.
Participates in software development activities, providing contributions to the overall project
Work with stakeholders to develop accurate and detailed requirements documents.
Contributes to development of end user documentation, design and functional specifications.
Develops detailed task definition and development estimates for system-wide implementation activities based on customer requirements, design and functional specifications.
Establishes software project estimates and tracks project budgets for software development.
Ensures project goals and milestones are achieved.
Qualifications:

Skilled Java programmer with knowledge of current web-based technologies (REACT/REST API) and GIT version control
Strong analytical, project solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 7 years software development experience, with 2+ years of software management experience.
Travel:
Ability to travel within the U.S. for installations and customer support. Typical trips will last for 3 days, though installations can last longer.
