We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, fostering a welcoming environment, and contributing to their successful integration into the company.
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed.
Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Facilities, etc.) to set up workstations, email accounts, and access credentials.
Deliver engaging orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and benefits.
