Responsibilities
Curate High-Impact Gifting Options:
Research and source unique, high-quality gifts, digital experiences, and custom solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Stay ahead of trends in luxury goods, experiences, and gifting.
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure access to exclusive and custom offerings.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines.
Logistics and Operations:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all gifts and experiences.
Develop and maintain an organized inventory system for fulfillment.
Work cross-functionally with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
Creativity and Taste:
Contribute to the development of gifting campaigns, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
Ensure all curated offerings align with Client Giant's high standards of quality and taste.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and fulfillment processes for efficiency and scalability.
Implement systems to track and report on key performance metrics related to gifting operations.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in procurement, gifting space, luxury retail, event planning, or a related field.
Proven ability to source and curate high-end products or experiences.
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creativity and an understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in [insert relevant tools/software, e.g., Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, etc.].
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in luxury goods, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
