Responsibilities

  • Curate High-Impact Gifting Options:
  • Research and source unique, high-quality gifts, digital experiences, and custom solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Stay ahead of trends in luxury goods, experiences, and gifting.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure access to exclusive and custom offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines.
  • Logistics and Operations:
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all gifts and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain an organized inventory system for fulfillment.
  • Work cross-functionally with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Creativity and Taste:
  • Contribute to the development of gifting campaigns, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure all curated offerings align with Client Giant's high standards of quality and taste.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and fulfillment processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement systems to track and report on key performance metrics related to gifting operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, gifting space, luxury retail, event planning, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to source and curate high-end products or experiences.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and an understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in [insert relevant tools/software, e.g., Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, etc.].

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in luxury goods, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
