Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst!
Job Title: Business Analyst (SaaS Applications)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on SaaS applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee the implementation and improvement of SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Implement, maintain, and improve SaaS solutions.
- Streamline business processes and automate workflows.
- Integrate SaaS applications with enterprise systems.
- Develop and execute test plans for quality assurance.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Create user documentation and conduct training sessions.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SaaS implementations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, focusing on SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms, and integrations.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data exchange.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM), Salesforce, and Legal Case Management Software.
